Allinge Badehotel is owned by Cathrine Andersen and Christian Rasmussen, who acquired the historic seaside hotel in 2020 and have since overseen a careful, year-by-year restoration of the property. The hotel is managed and operated by Madeleine Tejnby and Christian Milling, a couple whose background spans boutique hotels from Vietnam to the Danish islands. With a strong command of food and beverage, they bring both international perspective and deep familiarity with the Danish badehotel tradition.
